Q. How do I list my home now?
A. Just click on List Your Property and sign up for an account. You can start posting ads immediately. It's as Easy as 1, 2, 3!
Q. What do I do when the property is rented?
A. Once the property is rented, you will be able to access your ad through Manage My Ads. Just click deactivate and your ad will no longer be available to view. Your property will remain in the system until you are ready to post another ad.
Q. How do I prepare a lease?
A. Please be sure to consult with your attorney or Licensed Real Estate Agent for more information.
Q. How much do I collect for a security deposit?
A. Each state has its own rules and regulations. Know your states policy and Tenant Landlord Act. Contact your attorney for more information.
Q. How do the prospective tenants contact me?
A. Upon entering your advertisement, be sure to list your preferred contact information; phone, email and any other vital information so that the prospective tenant can contact you directly.
Q. What do I do if I change the rental amount?
A. Our system makes managing your ad easy. Just log on to Manage My Ads and you will be able to edit your property information including photos, price, deposits and any move-in specials you have listed for any property.
Q. How can I post pictures and how many can I post?
A. Our system allows up to 6 photos per property. As you follow the 3 easy steps, you will be directed on the simple steps to upload your photos. For better results you may want to reduce the size of your photo to 250px by 150px.
