Q. How much does it cost to place an ad?
A. Our current rate is just $29.95 for a 30 day listing per property. Specials run from time to time. We email our clients when specials are available. If you would like to be on our email distribution list, please sign up for our newsletter.
Q. How long does my ad run?
A. Each property will run for a 30 day listing period. During this time you will be able to edit and manage your listing by simply logging in and clicking on Manage My Ads.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We make it easy for you. Just complete the transaction though authorize.net and begin posting another ad.
Q. How do the prospective tenants contact me?
A. Upon entering your advertisement, be sure to list your preferred contact information; phone, email and any other vital information so that the prospective tenant can contact you directly.
Q. How can I post pictures and how many can I post?
A. Our system allows up to 6 photos per property. As you follow the 3 easy steps, you will be directed on how to upload your photos. For better results you may want to reduce the size of your photo to 250px by 150px.
Q. Do you offer a price break for multiple listings?
A. We do offer special discounts for multiple listings. Join our newsletter today located at the bottom of the Home Page or contact us by email for more information.
Q. How do I cancel a listing?
A. Once your property is listed and you wish to remove it from the site, you can simply log on and click deactivate your property which will remove your property from the listed properties; but keep the information available in the event the property needs to be re-listed. You can choose to deactivate or delete any listing. We make managing your ad simple and easy.
Q. How do I list my home now?
A. Follow this link to List Your Property page and sign up for a new account. You can start posting ads immediately. It's as Easy as 1, 2, 3!
Q. What do I do when the property is rented?
A. Once the property is rented, you will be able to access your ad through Manage My Ads. Just click deactivate and your ad will no longer be available to view.
Q. How do I prepare a lease?
A. Please be sure to consult with your attorney or Licensed Real Estate Agent for more information.
Q. How much do I collect for a security deposit?
A. Each state has its own rules and regulations. Know your states policy and Tenant Landlord Act. Contact your attorney for more information.
Q. What do I do if I change the rental amount?
A. Our system makes managing your ad easy. Just log on to Manage My Ads and you will be able to edit your property information including photos, price, deposits and any move-in specials you have listed for any property.
